Integration: Five-minute cool-down on a bench or blanket to capture insights and set a between-session practice.
Weather plan: If rain, storm advisory, or heat index above 100°F, we switch to secure video at the same time—no cancellation fee.

Do I need to be “in shape”?
Not at all. We customize distance and pace to your comfort—anything from a lakeside stroll to a moderate three-mile loop.
What should I bring?

We choose quieter routes, and I avoid identifying details if we pass others. You may request a mask for added privacy.
